Our commitment to offering a wide selection means our inventory extends far beyond what we can display online. To ensure the best possible experience, we only photograph & share inventory & restoration work highlights to give you a taste of what we offer until an in-person visit can be arranged.
We sell most pieces in their *original vintage condition*, meaning some may require wood restoration. If you are able to restore the pieces yourself or have another restorer than ourselves in mind, the as-is price stands.
This plantation-style desk made of solid, highly figured Koa wood from 1890 – 1900 is ready to reprise its role as a place to work or seamlessly transition into a dining table for two in a small space with plenty of character to spare! (LxWxH: 40x24x29”)
Ever fantasized about owning an antique that’s had a brush with Hollywood fame?! We regularly rent our pieces as props to the TV & film industry, and this one just got back from filming on Warner Brother’s local upcoming show, “Rescue: HI-Surf”. This exceptional executive desk, crafted from 2-inch thick, solid curly Koa wood, is a true Hawaiian heirloom. Originally a dining table from Kauai's early 1900s, it has been meticulously converted into an even more commanding piece, measuring a substantial 77x30x30 inches.
Our repair team has been hard at work restoring this monkeypod secretary desk for one of our gracious kupuna clients. Since its construction in the 1940’s on the big island, we’ve had to repair loose joints, replace its hardware, replace a missing decorative accent, and of course, we’ve given it a good cleaning and conditioning!
From our archival photos: a 1920’s - 1930s rattan desk w/ narra wood top. Now living with its new family in ‘Ewa.
